If you find that our intangible digital designs haven’t met your expectations or weren’t completed as per your original request, please reach out to us with your order details. Additionally, you’re entitled to unlimited revisions, and providing preferred design references can expedite the design process without getting refund. Upon reviewing the information, if we find that your dissatisfaction is justified, you’ll receive a full refund. It’s essential to notify us of any concerns within the initial draft phase [Normally within 24h]. Upon receiving a refund, you are not authorized to utilize any materials provided by our designers for commercial purposes.

After your request is processed by Customer Support, credit card refunds are completed within 7-10 days—based on the card issuer’s processing time.

Please note: In extreme cases, it can take up to 2 weeks.
